You must be at least 13 years old to use Tara Ghar. If you are under the age at which you can consent to these terms yourself in your country, you need the permission of a parent or guardian. The app's readings and its AI conversation are written for adults; they are reflection and tradition, not guidance for children.
Tara Ghar computes Vedic astrology charts, periods and readings, and offers an AI conversation about them. All of it is offered for reflection, tradition and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it makes no predictions or promises about health, wealth, relationships, longevity or any other outcome. Decisions you take remain yours. If something in your life needs a doctor, a lawyer or a financial adviser, please consult one.
Astrological results depend on the birth details you enter. If the birth time is unknown, the app says so honestly and limits what it shows rather than guessing.
Some features require Tara Ghar Pro, available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Ask sends your question and chart facts to an AI model and streams back an answer; the privacy policy describes exactly what is transmitted. Answers are generated, may be imperfect, and carry the same disclaimer as the rest of the app. Do not use Ask to seek professional advice, and do not submit content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others. The app includes a control for reporting a generated answer you consider inappropriate.
You may not reverse engineer the app except where law permits, resell or redistribute it, use it to build a competing dataset, or attempt to disrupt the service behind the Ask feature.
The app, its design, its text and its computation engine are the property of the developer. Charts and readings generated for you are yours to use personally, including sharing the share cards the app creates.
The app is provided with reasonable skill and care, and otherwise as is. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer, including those under Dutch and EU consumer law.
These terms may be updated as the app evolves; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date. If a change is material, the app will say so. You can stop using the app at any time; deleting it removes all its data from your device.
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also enjoy the protections of the law of your country of residence, and disputes may be brought before your local courts.
